we lost my 2 year old daughter's blankie and this was the most similar one we could find. i had it shipped overnight because the first night without it was rough. we kept telling her that her new blankie was coming and it came right before nap time. it took about 10 minutes for her to touch it, then she carried it to her room, closed the door and fell asleep with it. it is so soft and silky and just gorgeous really. great quality and very unique. she loves it!!

I have to say I bought this item b/c my daughter loves the silky feeling of blankets when she sleeps at night. I also bought it b/c Violet Garner-Affleck's daughter has one- I know, I know, over the top! However, I was really impressed with the quality of the item and it is actually very soft and the satin is top quality. There is a difference is the satin from the normal Target or Babies R us silky blankets, as there should be considering the item is double the price.

I do recommend this item for people who like high quality special items for their child. I think I want to sleep with it tonight!
